Gotenehus Group AB is a Sweden-based parent company in a Group, which operates in development and housing construction. The Company’s primary products are terrace houses. The Group consists of three business areas: Projects, Prefabricated Wooden Houses and Other. Projects business area comprises production of new terrace houses and project development of multifamily houses. Prefabricated Wooden Houses business area engages in marketing and construction of independent villas and recreational cottages. Villas are marketed under Gotenehus brand while cottages under Varsasvillan. Other business area consists of subsidiary Gotene Traindustri AB, which operates a planing mill and production of wood briquettes. The Company’s market concentrates in Skaraborg, Gothenburg, Stockholm and Skane regions.
